Availability/Pricing
Occupancy runs from Saturday (4.00pm) to Saturday (10.00am) although alternative transfer days can be arranged "out of season". We are open from the beginning of May until the end of October. The pool is open from the beginning of May. We have local English agents near to our home should you have any queries about anything whilst you are there. Payment can be made in pound sterling or euros
Prices for 2024:
- May 18th- June 15th 750 per week
- June 15th-July 6th £1150 per week
- July 6th-Aug 31st: £1650 per week
- Aug 31st - Sept 28th £800 per week
Bookings and Payment
- Included in your letting price is linen, towels, heating and electricity. Also included free of charge are dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet rolls. On your arrival at the house you will find a welcome pack.
- If you wish to book please e-mail us direct or complete our contact form with your requested dates. We will then e-mail/post you a booking form.
- On receipt of your booking deposit together with the booking form we will then be able to hold the dates for you on our calendar.
- Payment can be made by cheque or direct payment to bank account. We can accept debit/credit cards i.e. Mastercard, Visa etc via Paypal invoice we can send to you via e-mail athough as we are charged 2.5% each time for accepting payment this way, we would need to pass these charges onto you.
- Booking deposit is 25% of the total amount.
- 10% discount will be applied for smaller parties of two people.
- If you are a single person you have a choice between a single bed or a king size bed, although as the cleaning charges to us will be greater for the king size bed linen there will be a surcharge of £20 a week. When final monies are due 8 weeks before your arrival we will then ask what beds you will require.
- Cleaning of the house is included in your rental price.
